Balearic Sundowners - All Weekend

With over 16 years experience as a Deep & Soulful House DJ, Junior has graced many of Europe’s finest clubs & promotions with his infectious beats.

At the ripe old age of 32, DJ Junior has been a presence on the Deep & Soulful House seen since the age of 16.

In an already impressive DJ career, he has graced some of the worlds’ finest clubs and promotions including ADE, MN2S, Soul Heaven, Kinky Malinki, The Southport Weekender, Casablanca Soul, Garage City, Simply Salacious, The World Body Painting Festival, Ministry of Sound, Pacha, Bambuddha Ibiza, Bora Bora, El Divino, Turnmills and The End to name a few.

At the age of 17 Junior wanted to raise his profile and continue to grow, so he started a weekly Drive Time show on London’s Leading Dance Station, House FM. This shortly turned into one of the most listened to & loved Drive Time shows on the House Scene. During his 5 Years on the Station, his show featured live & pre recorded guest performances from the likes of Joe Smooth, Richard Earnshaw, Louie Vega, CJ Mackintosh, Martin Ikin, The Jinks, Alec Sun Drae and Soul Central.

He has played for MN2S at many of their London Parties & he was also part of the line up that launched their debut Ibiza season for their 10th Anniversary, alongside CJ Mackintosh, Todd Terry & Cassius.

Juniors’ tune selection and ability to entertain a crowd have seen him DJ all over the UK & Europe including London, Ibiza, Zurich, Santorini, Amsterdam, Brussels, Austria, Berlin, The Alps and Tenerife to name a few.

Junior’s own promotion, City Life, is currently the number one after work soiree in the Square Mile of London and offers the City’s social butterflies a House Night right on their doorstep that starts at 5pm! Previous guests have included Brazil’s DJ Meme, Alex Mills, Richard Earnshaw, Gavin Mills (Copyright), Martin Ikin of Soul Purpose, Defected’s Lydna Phoenix and Purple Music’s Alec Sun Drae.

One of the key elements is the addition of live muscians & these include the wonferful Emma Frampton on Sax, Karen Louise Straw on Trumpet, Emma Fry on Electric Violin and Percussionists including Bongo Ben, Matt Early, Samantha Lubin, Andy Gemmell and more.

Now, alongside residents Grant Richards from Kinky Malinki and Steve Taylor of iCulture, this has turned into a major success and this looks set to continue.
